Dental Implants.
A dental implant is a surgical component that interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis such as a crown, bridge, denture, facial prosthesis or to act as an orthodontic anchor.
Zygomatic Implants.
Zygoma implants are different from conventional dental implants in that they anchor into the zygomatic bone rather than the maxilla. They may be used when maxillary bone quality or quantity is inadequate for the placement of regular dental implants.
Bone Grafting and Augmentation.
Bone grafting and augmentation is a procedure typically needed when the current bone quantity available in your jaw is not suitable to successfully incorporate dental implants.

3D Dental Imaging uses Cone-Beam Computer Technology to generate an accurate view of your Maxillo-Facial and Dental anatomy. This image assist Dr Mark Meyer in making a diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning, therefore providing better surgical outcomes.
Anesthesia.
Most Dental Implantology Procedures can be performed under General Anesthesia, Sedation or Local Anesthesia. The decision to perform Dental Implantology Procedures under these various Anesthetic options is dependent on the extent of the Surgical Procedure, availability of Resources and Patient Specific Factors.
